UMI Mobile X2 – not interested to deliver the product

‘ve ordered a UMI X2 Smartphone from the website (order no. MCHJI52205 created on 12/03/2013) for Rs. 14000/-, as they asked for token amount i paid the same on 31/03/2013 thru HDFC Bank Transfer to their HDFC Bank A/c, after that i was asked to pay the rest of the money i.e. 13500/-, so i paid Rs. 13500/- again thru bank transfer from HDFC bank a/c to their HDFC Bank a/c on 09/05/2013, till date the company is delaying the delivery, everytime i asks for delivery on their customer care phone contact, they says that they are starting deliveries from next week and i will receive my phone within 7 days, i am regularly checking their facebook page for updates (https://www.facebook.com/umimobile), I was also listed in the 2nd list of 100 people who they will despatch on 23/06/2013, but they didn’t despatched the mobile and no updates on that list is available, some people have received the mobile but found faulty and after returing the same for replacement, they are still wating for the replacement, the company has also declared that due to delay all prebooked customers will get an upgraded new version of the phone with Mediatek MT6589T processor, but now they have stepped back from this statement also, i have not received the my smartphone yet and now the company is keen on giving refunds to the prebooked customers, after bagging our money 2-3 months, now i think they are not interested to deliver the product

I want the smartphone to be delivered with a cash back of Rs. 5000/- as the interest and damages on delay.
