UMI Mobiles not refunding the money paid in May 2013

I have ordered the product UMI X2 from website www.umimobile.in on 9th of May 2013 from my Citibank Credit card for an amount of Rs 13,500/-. The delivery date was mentioned as 2 weeks from the day of payment. But the UMI customer care was delaying the delivery every month and called me to inform that the delivery is getting delayed. So I have requested for the refund for my money on 28th November 2013. Customer care asked me to send the bank details through mail and I sent the same to them for refund on 10th January 2014. But there is no response from the customer care about the refund. What is the progress ? I’m sending mails to india.refunds@umimobiels.com and umi@umimobiles.com but there is no response from them.
