PBJMM11341 I paid online remaining amount of Rs.13500 in antipation of getting better product than booked at the same price and that too within 15-18th May 2013.

I received call yesterday 01.AUG.2013 at 11.00am and I was informed that my mobile will be delivered to me in 20days time and that 1.2GHz will be delivered, else I can claim refund. Many people before me had claimed refund and got it in 20+days time. Many are repeatedly asking for it and not getting it at the facebook page. My relief desired is: Delivery of only the 1.5GHz 6589T processor fitted mobile with 2GB RAM / 32GB INTERNAL MEMORY as was posted on their facebook page and because of which I paid them the confirmation amount within the 20days timeframe that they had intimated me on 01.AUG.2013 ELSE I be refunded Rs.17500/- immediately so that I can purchase the same mobile from other online vendors paying local / international shipping. This amount does not include the compensation for the mental trauma and ridicule that I had to face from my family and friends for booking this handset, which I am sure you will take into account while deciding the final compensation
