Airtel – ported problem last so many days not at activated

I ported my Ph NO 9873263947 from vodafone to airtel in May 2013. Proper verification was done. On 28 May 2013 my no was disconnected due to stated verification failure.On my complaint i received mail that no has been temporarily disconnected on 28 May and will be permanent disconnected after 45 days. I received mail on 05 June that no has been permanently disconnected. Since then I have been following with Airtel appellate staff. First they told me to visit their store to get back the same no when i visited the store they told me that no is not available. On my complaint to appellate they told me that they are checking with the concerned department for availability of no however no response so far. sometime later they told me to visit previous service provider to get the same no. On my strong mail again they called me and told that no need to visit the previous service provider and they are investigating the case. However no resolution so far. On same address which failed due to verification I got another airtel no this time new no and that is running fine. The company has generated the bill for disconnected no now. If the verification has failed how the no was allowed to port. This is against violation of TRAI orders also. You are requested to please return my old no to me.. The complaint no in this regard with appellate authority airtel is BAL|QRC118071312072718308086

My old no be restored back to me at the earliest and i be compensated for the mental agony caused to me and the loss of important interview calls.
