My consumer No. is 11814.I booked for a refill on 17.6.2013. I got a message that cash memo generated on 22.7.2013. They give another message :your booking cancelled : on 25.7.2013. But I didn’t get the cylinder till date.Every day I called the distributor to deliver the gas.In our family we both are govt, servants and nobody will be in the home between 9.30 am to 5.30.p.m Hence We have specifically requested the distributor to deliver the cylinder before 9.30 a.m,But they shouted that you can change the agency. They did n’t intimate us the specified date and time of the distribution of cylinder at Pappad area(Vikas Nagar).

Kindly make necessary arrangement to deliver the refill before 9.30 a.m.at our residence
