Sim purchanse location:- Bangalore, bannerghatta road-560076
I have registered multiple complaints for this number to activate, but have not got any response yet.
My order number is:- NO00001M8GZO
Few times earlier I missed to get complaint number which I register, but now I have got the complaint number today :- Complain ref. details :- SR00000573TR
I have submitted filled form 2 times, since I got the SIM, but I don’t know why my number is not getting activated.
The customer care guys always tell that there is some technical issue, but I don’t know how long will this issue go, and when will I get my sim activated.
I am frustrated with GEO customer care response.
I don’t know whom to contact now. I didn’t expected such lackluster behaviour from reliance brand.
