Calling Airtel customer care by phone is next to torture. There is no way to call as there is always a automated voice asking to press 1, 2, 3 4, 5 etc; for more than 5 – 6 times, giving irrelevant options, and there is no way and no one to whom the complaint can be given. By this time, the caller would have already spent so much time pressing all the options – only to hear an option to go back to main menu again. Seems AIRTEL is very smart is not providing a person to whom the complaints can be addressed. I will request the relevant authorities to check if airtel users can voice their complaints in a reasonable time.
