i’m a agency holder of U.I.I.C (United India Insurance Company Limited) from D.O III Gulmor Hotel Building Ludhiana, and my Licence number 5391159 issued by IRDA valid till 30/05/2012. But still i have not been issued cover notes books of Motor and MISC. due which, I am unable to independently run my insurance agency, while all other agents of D.O III have already been issued their books. I am a married person and depended own U.I.I.C (United India Insurance Company Limited). I am graduate and i have already fulfilled all the required formalities for getting the cover notes books three times but the manager refused my request all times without giving any type of reason. My D.O (Development Officer) also reject my request many times. I am poor person and family members are depends on me. So Please do the needful and i shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
