Dear Sir / Madam: I wanted a Digitally Signed Copy of a Encumbrance Certificate (EC). I have applied for the same with the following details on official website of the Government of Karnataka – Kaveri Online Application Number – MDP-EC-A-045857-2020-21 Payment Amount – Rs 90 – Paid. Payment Transaction Reference No: 051620013221533222 Bank Reference No: 311443347 Mode Of Payment: Netbanking Status: Payment received at payment gateway Grievance: I open the Pending Application and try to Submit the same and I’m getting the error as shown “Error in Submitting Application”. Kindly submit the application on my behalf and process the same.

I have done payment twice for the same EC application. both payment acknowledgement receipt pending but deducted amount from the Bank account. however not able to submit application. also now the problem even cannot open pending applications EC in the tool, i am IT engineer feel this application poorly designed and not stable at all, also there is basic search by Register doc number. please do needful.
