Please see below mail and the Gift card details I bought last year to buy dresses for my children after the school holidays.

Due to current lockdown, I am unable to use my gift voucher worth Rs. 2000 and it is expiring on 29 April 20220.

I am constantly asking to extend the validity of my voucher for another three months and there is no proper response from the customer service team.

Unfortunately, this year due to lockdown, I am unable to redeem my voucher. I tried to place an order online and it was not successful.

Kindly help me to get the extension of gift card for another three months.
