Bata Not Resolving Consumer Complaint

Hi Team.

Please let me know the status of this ticket – 1772642.
As mentioned in my call with Bata India Customer Service yesterday. I was informed that this GV did not have a minimum purchase amount, however when I went to the store to make the purchase I was told this was eligible only on a min purchase of Rs. 1499. I had spoken twice to the Customer Service before my store visit. Even your original communication missed carrying this information. Was this deliberate?

Hi Again,

Please note that I have made a call again today and was promised a 48hour window to have this issue resolved by the customer service.
Based on my previous experiences with you, I am sure this is never going to happen.
It has been a misleading promotion and a complete waste of time visiting the stores and making endless calls and emails.

I am going to raise a consumer complaint based on my emails & calls and your poor response to any of them.

A highly disappointed customer!!
