Sir, I am having Airtel post paid connection in my Mobile 9500185271.On 13.12.09, an amount of Rs.21/-was deducted without any valid reason. On 14.12.09 I contacted Airtel Service Executive (Mr.Reejesh) at 1934hrs and he promised me that the problem will be solved within 48hrs. But, Till this time I haven’t received any message nor the amount has been credited to me.I would like to reiterate that this is the third time such incident is happening to me. I hope you will solve the problem or else I will be forced to seek justice somewhere else. Thanks.
