For the last many days, an unauthorised & illegal deduction of Re.1/- per day is being made from my balance on pretext of one service or the other while I have never activated any service on any type whatsoever. I had a talk regarding this with the Customer Care Executive and she told me that she will deactivate the services and also refund the balance of Rs. 5/- for the last 5 days but I have neither received any message regarding deactivation of services nor have received refund of Rs. 5/-. You are directed to immediately send me confirmation message regarding deactivation of services and not to make any illegal deductions from my balance failing which I will be forced to not only stop using the services from Airtel but also file a complaint in the Consumer Court.
