23/02/2013 Respected Sir/Madam, I Mousumi Das a house wife. I have a prepaid connection of BSNL line. My phone no. is 8902131377 . Bsnl has sent a message before 19/1/13 regarding “BSNL EASY VAULT PHONE BACKUP” from 52585 number, where I have not gave them any response but instead of they deducted Rs.20 from my balance on 19/01/2013 at 5:06 minute. I have seen this message on 21/01/13 and have complained to them on that time. But they ignore to refund my balance. So kindly help me regarding this matter where I can get back my deducted money as early as possible. With regards, Mousumi Das
