UNIC Sewing Machine Customer Service

I bought a UNIC sewing machine online from next.co.in in October 2014.(Invoice no . 3904517505,Order no 1000148007).The machine delivered was defective. I sent a complaint in Nov 14. I was advised to send the defective product to brand alpharadios on my own expense I sent defective machine and was sent a replacement.The replacement sent was also defective.I again complained and this time reverse pick up was done on 16th Jan 15. Till now neither replacement sent nor refund is given. I have sent several e mails regarding this but problem is not solved.

Paid Rs 1899 for the product and Rs 150 for sending defective product back first time. I would like to get the refund of the amount paid and the courier charges I have to bear for sending back the defective machine. Over and above company should also pay a reasonable amount as a penalty for taking the customer for the ride.
