We had bought a property through Unicon Real Estates in Gurgaon in the project Raheja Navodaya by Raheja Builders in July 2011. A Credit Note was issued by Unicon Real Estates Pvt Ltd with Ref No. URPL/40/PR against Customer No. UNICON/Team/434316 Dated 18 July 2011 was issued in the names of Pooja / Gaurav for the payment of Customer Passback Payment 1.25% of BSP. After fulfilling the pre-requisite condition of 95% payment to the builder, we had sent the request for the payment of Credit Note on 29-Sep-2011, however till today amount has neither been credited to the bank account nor cheque issued. We have followed up through telephone and over email, however Unicon Real Estates is unwilling to make payment and has been deferring the payment on one pretext or other. However they are unwilling to share the status and reason for non-payment in writing.
In the process of follow-up since Nov 2011, we have contacted following Unicon Real Estates employees either in person or over email/telephone: Mr Tomar, Mr Roshan, Mr Bhanu Singh, Ms Gurpreet Kaur, Ms Bhawna, Mr Sunil, Ms Laxmi Tyagi. However most of the mentioned persons have left the organization. None of these have either helped us or provided us with any status/reason. We had event logged a complaint over email at helpdesk@unicon.in with complaint nos 10-530225 and 10-528693. However to no avail. Even emails to their grievances cell have not been responded to. We have lost our patience after following up for 3 years and hence lodging a complaint with you to look into the matter. We have lodged an earlier complaint as well at PGPortal with No DOCAF/E/2014/01169 and at this portal with no 109569.3.2014, however nothing has happened over here as well. We anticipate that this new request may catch attention and help us in recovering our dues. Note: My complaint is against Unicon Real Estates Pvt Ltd and not with Janapriya as I had to select in the brand column as only 2 choices were available so picked the first. I cannot find how a new brand is to added to the list.
I demand Payment of Rs 66615 with interest @ 18%pa since 1 Nov 2011.
