I have purchased this product last year. Showroom Sales person who gave me demo and made the bill has clearly mentioned that this product comes with a 1 year warranty and it covers the purifier all three cartridges filter kit replacement at no additional cost. After raising a doubt with the sales person he wrote on the bill clearly that they will replace new filters and cartridges free for first year. After Six months my cartridge and filter stopped working and on further communication with the sales person, since than I am taking followups from the store sales person who now is saying that Hindustan Unilever now changed its policy

Due to non replacement of filter in timely manner my family has suffered health problems related to water and has caused lots of mental agony, physical as well as financial loss.
