I have done an online recharge on 13/08/2014 at 20:41 hrs for Rs. 160 through the Transaction ID of Uninor i.e. 130814-03406293 for which I have paid through my Bank of India Net Banking vide Bank’s Transaction ID 17102722 but due to some technical snag the amount was debited from my A/c but the same was not credited on my Phone Balance.And after calling 198 they told me there is a technical problem and blacklisted my no. Till then I can’t even call them.

My Balance deducted from my Bank Account but I cant use it for the purpose for which I have made the payment.
