i topup with rs 125/- which give rs 145/- talk time but after one hour i check my balance is rs111/- i make a call to custmer care, they said you activated some gupchup pakage, i never autharised any one to activate that pakage. so i understood these companies making public fools bu giving rs 145/- for rs 125/- but the customer only getting rs 115/- for rs 125/- , if there is any way to stop this type taking money from the prepaid balance without any autharisation. 9059671xxx

nathing this is just for information how the public is cheted by the big telecom companies.
