Sir my Uninor phone no is 703XX19707 i recharged of 25 rupee full talk time offer on 4 /11/2014 ,after that my 20 rupee balance is deducted from my phone account without any subscription if subscription is done then proper record is available please send it to my email id that is done by me such as any message or call records done by company instead of that today 16/11/2014 i again recharged 25 Rs, within 15 min firstly 5 Rs than 15 Rs and then 4 Rs is deducted from my account i called customer care to stop such silly service that are useless for me and refund my balance then they denied first time i am not say but i will happen multiple time it is not fair and i also want to remember you that after January 2014 a law would come according to which no service is renewd by the telecom company but uninor had done this it is il-legal so i request you sir please refund my balance deducted if you did not do it then send full description of my subscription records any message or any valid records thank you
