i have ordered RD10813 S-10 STEEL WATER BOTTLE 1000ML from unionrewardz to redeem my union rewardz points which i received using through my debit card time to time. details of ordered listed below: Receipt ID: 5570 Receipt Date:20/08/2014 Membership Number: 3364687255 redeeming 1509.20 Union rewardz Points.

On receipt it was mentioned that i will get the product in 15 days.after completion of 15 days on 16/09/14 i did not received. On next day i asked to costumer care executive.he only told me on call that in next 7 working days up to 17/09/14, i will receive the product.i did not receive the product.on 17/09/14 i again called customer care. he told me again next 7 days waiting period because product is not available.and the product on display they are showing 4 bottles but they told me this i will receive only one bottle.i told them i want reversal of my rewardz points, again they said wait for 7 days.

it is not justify what they are showing 4 bottles on display and giving me only one.because of that only i refused to get the product and i asked reversal of my rewardz points. and my rewardz points i have not received till today. simply it seems they are cheating consumers showing something else ans giving something else. and let them wait for more than one month.i want justification and products what they are showing on display. i wasted my valueble time and money to calling them and mental harassment also.
