Yepme.com – Product Undelivered, No Customer Care

I have done an online shopping in yepme.com on 31/08/2014 and on 3rd sep 2014 i got a mail and sms confirmation from their end saying that, they have dispatched my packet through first flight courier and the same will reah to us before 9t sep. I am mentioning the details below. Order No : 10318153 Courier Airway bill no: D90500945091 Courier Company : first Flight. the days have gone and i didn’t get the packet so i thought it might be with any technical issue so I waited till 12th and on 12th sep i wrote a complaint to yepme.com and i got the complaint no as1004890 but no further info has been received from their end later. So I made call to their customer care and ask abt the details but they said its still in transits they will confirm the status within 48 hrs.then i contacted them gain and again..And i am getting the revert always as they are going to clear it within 48 hrs but nothing is happening. So I totally irritated and I made call to the first fight courier and I was really surprised with their answer. they told me that the packet has not been dispatched , the airway number which they hav given to me a pre printed one, they done a booking with that number and they haven’t dispatch the item till now. So just look and think about what areal cheating these peoples are doing to the society. And now I waited around 5 days without any follows up to them, so they have just ignored me and they are not giving me any update… they made my full purchase amount as profit. So kindly look into the incident and do the needful to take an action.

I want the exact and clear revert from yepme.com….there should be an action against them for this cheating activity. I want compensation for there poor service and cheating
