UNITECH has failed to deliver me house, purchased by me under Down Payment Scheme on 26.07.2010, which was to be handed over to me after its completion on or before 26.07.2012. The work of the unit remains stopped without specifying any reasons. Unitech has discriminated by completing several other Units purchased by some favorite buyers much later than I purchased the unit on 26.07.2010.

Due to abnormal delay in completion of the house, I am incurring huge loss of interest on my investment to the tune of Rs. 89,10,390.00, more so when UNITECH recovers interest @18% P.A. for delay in payment by purchasers/buyers, if any. UNITECH should either refund my funds along with interest or pay me loss incurred by me by living in a rented house @ 60,000 p.m
