Fixed Deposit Receipt No. 1234070 matured on 21.08.2014 but its payment is not being released and my reminders are not being responded by ignoring the urgent need for meeting the urgent college expenses of the investor himself forcing him to face hardship. A very hardship situation is being faced by the investor who has to raise loans for paying fee of Engineering College as also to meet other expenses for his studies.

Immediate release of the said payment along with penal interest @ 18% P.A. for such abnormal delayed period. At the same time other FDR is also due for payment in February,2015, which needs to be released without any such delay so as to enable the investor to continue his studies without further hardship.
