this application is regarding a forgery of withdrawal(12/11/11)of saving amount Rs.-48700/- from an savings account no-0973010102968 in United bank of india, jalalpur, patna and check no-796487 of the undersigned.Despite several intimation to the branch manager Sri R.K.Tripathi, no satisfactory steps have been taken. moreover, the branch manager is not responding his good and have been abusing our concerned. in 05/03/2012 , bank is ready for forensic science laboratory test and this captioned matter has been referred to central forensic science laboratory Kolkata on 14-03-2012. so, I want to report of central forensic science laboratory kolkata but branch manager Sri Chandra Mishra , no satisfactory steps have been taken and don’t provide report of central forensic science laboratory Kolkata
