I bought a pair of shoes from United Colors of Benetton. They were found to be defective and was exchanged within first two weeks. The replacement shoes bought(a costlier model) also showed defects in the first week. I approached the Shop to get a refund as I was not happy with the quality of the shoes. I was denied a refund completely and was asked to contact the customer service. I tried calling the customer service number 18001024276. I was never able to speak to anyone. I was in the IVR for more than 30 mins. So I contacted them through email c.services@benetton.co.in. In the beginning they responded very well and offered me a gift card in return of the same value of the shoes. They asked for scanned images of the invoice. I emailed the details on 16-dec-2013. I have not received any revert from them since then. I have sent them 3 emails post that but I have still received no revert.
I want complete refund on the product and a reimbursement for the inconvenience
