One agent Mr.Bharat Gupta Agency Licience no.4209593907 is attached with our Business Center N.I.C. Doiwala,Since one and half months he is doing some activities which are anti company. He is transferring our business to other insurer.He has another agency in his brother’s name (sh.Krishna Gopal Gupta) from United India Doiwala.he has some codes from private insurer.So he bargains from all insurer and threats to all incharges.He proposes cash dicounts to insured,which is voilation of insurance act.
