This no 923317259372 disturbed me on 26th dec2013 at 8:43am . Please track this no and let it not cause problem to other innocents to call back and lose their currency. The TRAI must block all these calls at the operator level itself so consumers are safe.

Fraud Call from +92 Pakistan Number
I received call two times from this no. +923316773269. I don’t understand why Idea Cellular does not block such calls ? They are definitely spam calls and I am getting them despite having registered with the NDNC registry of India.
