I had placed an order for purchasing a karbonn titanium s1 mobile from on-line website infibeam.com vide order no. 12162282 dated 4.12.2013 but even after 5 days of their given time of shipment they didn’t sent my product and when I called on their customer service phone number they are giving very lame excuses for not shipping the product. I asked them to cancel the order and give me refund but they are not giving me any confirmation for cancellation also.

want want my money back along with interest and fine to cover my other expenses
