I had purchased Titan Watch in Feb 2012 under warranty period of 2 yrs. Kindly find the attached snap of Bill & Warranty card.
I am very disheartened by the service at Titan. In attached snaps you can see my Watch Strap got broken and the portion of pin got stuck in Radial. I visited all the Titan Service Department in Mumbai to get it repaired as it is under warranty.
But no one entertained me like a customer. They said they have to replace the Radial and it will be Chargeable. I cannot understand, when my watch is under warranty why should I pay for your faulty parts. I request you to consider my request seriously. If my problem is not solved at the earliest, I will forward the copy of this mail to the consumer forum.
