Sir/Madam,

I had asked M/s Vodafone to return my Rs.500/- kept as a security deposit for a particular number with them after surrendering that particular vodafone number.

They agreed for the same and while creating a bill they had written Rs.500/- as a security deposit on a bill itself and sent an email to me saying that it will take them two months to do the same and they will be giving my deposit back to me after two months.

I was having the same discussion with Vodafone from Deceber 2008 onwards and they had never ever told me that t will take a period of two months to process the same.

If they are keeping my Rs.500/- for two months just because it is taking time for them to proceed with my request what i feel as a genuine customer i should get the interest paid for that particular amount ie Rs.500/- orelsae they should refund me the amount today itself.
