I have sent message complaining deduction in balance without activation of any of the service to you by e-mail and to company which is accompanied with service message Request ref. number CBDCC30102012251, ROVAD50102930058. It was informed to my wife or even to me that one of the internet service is activated automatically. After e-mail to U, it is again informed to me by Service Center that my deducted balance will be automatically refunded on mobile with deactiviting service till 05.01.2012. However, yet today, my balance is not refunded. On the contrary, balance again is deducted on second day of the complaint. As there is automatic deduction in balance amount, my wife is not recharged her number and as balance amount is nil, she cannot contacted to any body even in emergency. I want explanation as to whether there will be any probability by your company that my balance will be refunded. I think that You and Your company will be responded immediately. I again state that amount is no matter, but at the cost of unsatisfied service, why it could be bared. Hope, you will take immediate action to comply with my complaint.

In spite of longstanding complaint about deduction to airtel nodal officer, I have not received any response from customer care center. I think that customer care center is only for demonstration and not for resolving complaints of customers. I have given mob. No. as 9975147999. However, no balance refunded to me. On the contrary, when I tried to contact center, I heard only other information and my contact were cut down at number of times before approaching to help line or compliant line executive. with hope for contact and refund of balance amount, I again sent this message to U for further action with complying my complaint. I again state my no.9975147999. May I know trai rules. It should be important to note that if u have deducting amount for a single customer, what will be amount in totality considering deduction of all amount of all customers. Please, give me information that whether I could receive information form U under RTI Act.
