I had taken my BPL television to M/s Sethi, Electricial and electronics, Booth no. 23 Sector-8, Panchkula on dated 11.10.09 with the problem of loose connection. He repaired it and told me that he has replaced two IC’s on dated 15.10.09. I paid Rs. 450/- . After ten days the same problem is occured and I again handed over my TV on dated 27.10.09 he told me that again another IC have to be changed. I asked him to show me the earlier IC’s he have changed in the TV but to my surprise he has not replaced any IC and charged me of that IC’s heavlly. This is case of unfair trade practice byM/s Shethi.
