I have been experiencing the worst customer care service by BSNL over Customer care IVRS No.1503 for more than two months. After getting information over this No, that ‘next available customer care representative will be talking to you soon’ a music starts playing which is never ending till you get annoyed and disconnect the call. This is simply useless and shame on BSNL who are charging handsomely and as per their will from customers without attending to their grievances. Will they tell how can I be lucky to contact them.
