This is for your kind notice that i filed a complaint with usha international regarding my fan , which was not working. they gave me a complaint number C13042800641. its been almost a month , i have not been informed about the status of my fan. its summer season , and they are harassing the customers by giving them sick excuses i.e parts not available( with such an international brand ??? ) , transportation not working, technician not available , we work at our convenience , we will return your fan without repairing , we will put your fan tomorrow… these are the excuses i am getting from the service centre and the customer care. i have been harassed a lot. its not about a fan its about a basic service a company is supposed to provide.
