My bill was overdue and i got a call from vodafone office no. 0172716123 at 12:48 hours today on 22nd May 2013. I asked the caller to provide details of any vodafone store nearby ind. area phase 1 and she reverted by saying for how many years you are using this number and i replied 5 years. Then she said where you have been paying all these years. Is this the way they treat their customers.

I felt so much humiliated and insulted by the telecaller’s behavior. I was not expecting such rude reply from the lady on call. My query was simple. They had shut one store in sector 19 and and wanted to know if it has been re-located or re-opened or any other store near to my location. Need think about my association with the company.
