Usha machine – Defective not working properly no service

Sir I have purchased a new usha sewing machine janome dream stich on 20/12/2012 from M/s Noor sales Hazaribag. The machine is under warranty for two years i.e. up to 20/12/2014. The sewing machine went defective as its regulator is not working properly. I contacted the above shop where he told me to complaint on toll free number 18001033xx. Accordinly, I lodged the complaint with usha international vide complaint No 1411000202 dated 10/11/2014 and since then I calling on toll free number for repairing the defective sewing machine but they have been continuing telling me that service engineer will call you and then will reach at your residence for repairing . But no person called me nor reported for repairing. The customer care is also not providing the address of nearest service centre where I can go and get repair the defective sewing machine. The spare part for repairing is also not being found in the local market. Please do needful as sewing machine kept idle in the want of repairing.

I just want to get repair the defective sewing machine either by visiting the service engineer to my residence or the nearest service center
