on 26/09/2014, person named Mr. Akash Sharanagat from Vacations gateway contacted me over phone and offered me hotel accommodation package worth Rs.7779/- and assured gift article of Dell laptop if the package is booked. Relying upon him, i have booked such package. on 27/09/2014, he again contacted me and inform that if i would buy one more package of Rs.7779/- then they will give me Apple Makbookpro-13.3-512 GB laptop instead of earlier Dell laptop. So i booked another package. As per his information, subsequently, i have received the call from their warehouse for confirming product and address. However, thereafter till the date i have not received such laptop inspite of continuous follow up on custmer care No.0120-6525855. They are neither denying for the article nor disptaching the same since more than 5 months.

I demand Laptop or take back the vouchers and repay Rs. 15,559 (2 packages cost)+ 2000 telephone expenses.
