I have given modular kitchen order to Mr.Satish Makawana of Valencia Kitchen world after visiting his shop in Vashi and following consecutive meetings with the owner. The Owner visited my residence and displayed the catalogue and we finalised the rate, quantity, expectation, timeline and material and paid the vendor 50% of the total amount. We agreed the total amount as 2,30,000/- INR. We paid 1, 12,000/- on 2nd AUG’14 on the same day. The timeline given by the Owner is 21 days from the date of order placed. So altogether the installtion should be completed by 15th 1st week of SEPT’14. But till date the installation is incomplete. I personally visited the shop, call the Owner for multiple times, but he kept telling me that the company where he placed the oder is not very supportive. I called up the company directly and was told that there is no order placed with them for me so they cannot help .This went on till DEC’14. Nothing happened. Then in JAN’15, he came and placed the modular kitchen but with wrong measurements. Also it is not as per my expectation. There is rework to be done for which he asked 10 days time but again 2 months passed nothing happened and he kept on telling the same story. When i enquired more on this, I understood there was another customer of Valencia from Dombivli who logged complaint in Vashi police station against him. i spoke to this gentlemen and he was very frustrated while telling the whole story. Finally he said, we as customer can do nothing and we have to face the situation. This i cannot accept hence want to log a complaint and want to see that stern action is taken against such mindset who are fooling the people day in day out. I am ready to cooperate in this matter.

This has damaged my image, my other ongoing work at the site, and sort of mental harrassment of me and my family. My father who is ex service men litereally hold Valencia Owner’s feet and urged him to complete the work. But there is no change in his attitude. We are deep mental stress because of this and is badly impacting by house work which is on going from last 2 years

I want compensation for the mental agony as well as completion of my work as soon as possible. I would also like to see that this gentlment must not do this business as he might have cheated many customers in the past and god knows how many he would cheat in the future. Such a bad service I received I cannot describe
