I booked a flat in tower A-3 in Vardhman Gardenia at Sonipat July 2009. Since all the deadlines such as date of foundation + 30 months + 6 months + 6 months have been expired on March 1, 2014. So I did request to company kindly pay the penalty @ Rs. 53.80 per sq. meter or @ Rs. 5 per sq. feet of the flat per month till possession as per our agreement. Company neither offering me procession nor paying penalty. Company says always will give you possession very soon and work is in progress last 6-7 years. Company take 24% interest if I delay. Please help me out from this. Many thanks!

I have given more than 38 lakh to builder and didn’t get possession since all the deadlines have been expired. I want the same interest from builder as they take from us i.e. 24%.
