Go Indigo Airlines Flight Re-Schedule – Review

I had booked a flight from Kol to Bangalore Ref:N6EPC9Y4K for 5th of March. However there was a change in my schedule and I wanted to reschedule the dates. Now there is no way you can reach any person in the support team as all their numbers go to IVR. I tried rescheduling via IVR but that did not work. Finally I had to sent an email to which an automatic reply stated somebody would get back to me in 2-4 hours which never happened.I only received a call after 2 days which I was unable to receive as I ws travelling and they closed the ticket. I again tried calling multiple times with no success and sent the email multiple times to reschedule the flight so finally they asked me to call Indigo and get it done as my flight was booked with Indigo. When I called Indigo Airlines support one of the executives was ready to reschedule my flight but at that moment the call got disconnected. I called again and another executive says that the flight cannot be rescheduled and if at all it can only be done by the goibibo team. Here I am trying to contact them again and the cycle keeps repeating. There is less than 2 days left for the flight date and I will lose all my money because of this irresponsible customer care.

We all know that flights have dynamic faring so if somebody contacts u after 2 days the flight rates get doubled or tripled. Apart from that even if they help me to reschedule the flight in the next 2 days which I doubt, I would have to pay a lot more as compared to earlier wen I had first placed a request. Apart from these money losses and the ones wasted in calling the IVR again and again I have also suffered mental frustration trying to reach out to these guys again and again. I want the flight rescheduled as per my convenient date without paying anything else now. I also want a compensation for the mental harrassment I have been through.
