I have transferred money on 9th Feb 2015 from my savings account in Citibank to my Landlord who holds the account in ICICI banks. The transaction reference number for the same is 504019730904. My landlord is saying, the money is not reflecting in their account. Citibank is saying the money has been successfully transferred. I can neither ask bank statement of my landlord nor I am getting help from ICICI bank to confirm whether the money has been received by beneficiery. They are right in their way as they can not disclose information of someone else account.

As a result of this both the parties are loosing trust in each other apart from mental stress. Also I have to make alternate arrangement for the money till this get sorted out. I want your intervention in this matter as you can speak to both the banks and find out where the money is. Anticipating quick resolution in this matter.
