We have purchased under construction Flat No.B-204 in RPS Township-Gat No.32, Chakan-Shikrapur Road, Medankarwadi Phata, Near Muktai Mandir, Chakn Khed, Pune-410501.(Builder- Vastu Niket Pvt Ltd, Registered Office:-V.K. Singh University Campus Arrah Bhojpur 802301 & Corporate Office:- RPS Homes, Sr.No.280 Part Sathe Vasti, Lohgaon Pune-411047.) We Booked Flat in May 2014 & Agreement Executed in 22/03/2013 & Correction Deed in 11/06/2013 mentioning the Possession Jun-2014. However we Purchased same property at Rs. 11,87250/- including Parking Cost. However total Rs.10,95,935/- paid to builder on 05.10.2013 through own contribution & Bank loan. We booked Flat on the basis of earlier agreement shown by representative of Builder mentioning the possession Jun 2013. Builder started this Project in Jan 2012 for three Wings but as on today no single wing completed. If he doing the works such way then nobody tells about completion of site.

We looking interest @ 18% pa on total amount received as on today by Builder & Room Rent 5,500/-per Month from the declared time period of Possession. Also, give the impression of being to complete the project on fast movement within next 6 Month with all amenities shown in his advertising.
