Aircel – Bill plan change request not registered

I’ve asked for a bill plan change on 05-08-2014 from Rs 255 to Rs. 198. The request was not registered by the Executive. I inquired about the same and they replied that the mistake was from their end only and they will change the plan now. i.e. after only September 20 2014. Hence I had to pay extra bill amount for the past 2 bill cycle period even though the fault was not from my side.

I had to pay extra amount of more than Rs. 100 for each bill period (2). Hence I’ve informed them that I am not going to pay the bill this time Until the issue is resolved. But they say that there is no such provision to skip the bill. I have to pay the bill else they would levy fine fot the bill amount.
