Transaction ID 033A674AAEB7BF31 Rs. 110 28/8/2014 21:03:16 This is transaction ID and I haven’t received it yet it in my bank account. I have even proved them 3 times bank statement. Customer care executives are worst I have ever seen. They don’t reply and after 3-4 days they reply nonsense and they you reply them you will get reply again after 4 days if you are lucky otherwise you don’t get reply and they will reply same thing again and again with understanding problem. They hold customers’ money and also don’t show in their paytm account. Even they remove the transaction IDs so customer can’t make complaint. I was lucky enough to save ID in time. They could use this money as money laundering. RBI should not give licence to such kind of greedy dogs. I have several times encountered problems with this Pyatm but this time they have crossed limit. Their are a lot of people who are faced loss from these burglars.

First is my refund and the reimbursement for my precious time and my mental damage. They should be banned from this RBI licence. They are misusing it. They are playing with people’s money without telling them.
