I have entered an agreement with M/s Vasundhara Land & Developers Pvt Ltd represented by its director Mr Kishore Chandra Jena on 1st October,2011 for construction,allotment and possession of an independent finished house over sub-plot no.D-37 of 1200 sqft of Plot no-472/473. As per the agreement the contract needs to be completed in all respects within 2 years from the date of payment of 25% construction cost. I have paid the 25% of the construction on the date of agreement itself. Till date there is no construct work started at the site and there is virtually no communication as to why this delay has occurred and I’m really worried and skeptical about the completion of the contract within the stipulated time. It’s already end of April,2013 and as per the agreement the contract should be completed in all respects by October,2013.

I would like the party to complete the project within the stipulated time or else refund me the complete amount paid with 2 years bank interest immediately. Also I would like them to communicate their intentions clearly
