I purchased a flat in resale in a project of vatika in gurgaon. I did the payment to original buyer based on the account status of the flat at the time of transfer. After 11 months of transfer vatika told me that they found in the scrutiny that a transaction of rs. 316000 was wrongly entered in this account and this amount they are recovering from me instead of recovering from the original buyer. This is their mistake and happened before the transfer of unit to me. At that time I bought this unit based on the account statement of the unit that time. Now they have removed this amount from my account which is a direct loss to me without any reason or mistake at my end.

Since the mistake is from vatika’s end so this amount should be borne by vatika.
