Because of media advertisement I trust and I bought a unknown brand VENUS WAVE WA40 WATER HEATER from S.K.ELECTRICALS CHENNAI for Rs 8000 on 22 OCT 2009. After two years suddenly DANGEROUS ELECTRIC SHOCK FAULT came and I affected and survived. So I got panic and I complained to VENUS CONSUMER CARE on 23 APRIL 2011 complaint Number CL 23844. Subsequently a UNSKILLED TECHNICIAN came and checked the heater carelessly and told me to take the heater to service center I asked the customer care official why should I bring the heater to replace heating element only. Next time a INSINCERE VENUS TECHNICIAN brought salted and rusted HEATING ELEMENT and that is USED HEATING ELEMENT but he argued that which is new element and quarreled with me and he tried to cheat me, But I refused. After I requested to consumer care officer Mr GUNASEKAR another technician also brought the same heating element,I am totally fed up,and I got heavy mental agony with the kind of OFFENSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, after wards I argued many times with consumer care, Finally 09 JUNE 2011 the new HEATING HEATING ELEMENT has been replaced which was without any packing and that having no brand name and no ISI mark and any other marks for quality and safety regarding GOVT NORMS.However I accepted to replace the FAKE HEATING ELEMENT for getting remedy for the tortures by the company so far These issues are not go away from my memories, within a year again The same DANGEROUS ELECTRIC SHOCKING FAULT, happened I survived because of my house wire earth is being perfect. I threaten ed by the heater,So I have booked my complaint in VENUS CONSUMER CARE and my complaint number CL 46098 on 26.11.12. Then I spoke to VENUS officer Mr Gunaskar and explained my problems he assured that he will send a technician As he said 30.11.12 Mr.Ekabaram brought the USED HEATING ELEMENT like last year complaint . I found the element is rusted and salted but he said that is new element and argued with me and he tried to cheat me, he was not behavioring as a responsible and genuine official of the good concern. I got angry I clarified with Mr. Gunasekar he apologized and assured to send the COMPANY DIRECT TECHNICIAN On 23.12.2012 Mr Dhayalan brought a heating element without any packing and that having no brand name and no ISI mark and any other marks for quality and safety regarding GOVT NORMS. So I am not accepted to replace the FAKE HEATING ELEMENT
I suffered two times by the DANGEROUS ELECTRIC SHOCK from this HEATER So I got panic by this heater.Every time I spoke to this company customer care insincere and irresponsible officials they were acting to induse my anger and to raise my bp, I had to sruggled to solve my problem, I got heavy mental agony every time. I spend the money rs 8000 for purchase this heater being waste.The heater cannot be used
Venus is not a genuine brand They are not realise their consumer safety and They are insulting the customers,They doesn’t have awareness about the consumer rights .So I lost my belief about this product and I have the doubt this same ELECTRIC SHOCKING FAULT will happen in the next one to one and half year. I cant spend the money and take struggle to replace the element for every year .Using this brand is not guarantee to the consumers life. Therefore I decided to get my money back for this heater cost I spoke to VENUS OFFICER Mr GUNASEKAR but they are not accepting my demand and they are saying to replace the HEATING ELEMENT only.But I am not ready face the DANGEROUS ELECTRIC SHOCK again. No other way to get remedy for my problem I decided to take my problem as legal issue I wrote two deatailed complaint letter as a legal notice to prove my cosumer rights, Even though they were ignorned my demand, Nobody responding me and never any action taken from the company side till date,My Heater is being useless for a year. I am having heavy mental agony about this issue for the year. I want to take the strong action against the irresponsible attitude of the company. Therefore I requested you to take the action to get MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS HEATER COST and RUPEES TEN THOUSANDS FOR MY HEAVY MENTAL AGONY and also to take necessary action to BAN this dangerous brand
