Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to state that I purchased a new prepaid sim card of airtel a month ago.Since my working hours are 8 am to 7 pm I am unable to take calls in office as we are not allowed to take mobile phones in office.Thus I have missed all the times calls coming from the airtel end for verification.Also , I didn’t recieve any messages from the customer care for verification.
Hence, my sim card registration has been cancelled.I have never recieved any calls during the hours it would have been possible for me to take the call.Also there is no such procedure for the verification to be done when the customer wants, or is available.
Kindly,give the solution so as what to be done since there is no use buying sim cards when I cant be available on the cell during working hours.Can’t the airtel customer be contacted at other hours when the call was not picked up during that hours?.
Last but not the least customer satisfaction is more important in the service sector.Expecting co-operation at the airtel’s end.
