I purchased one ton split ac(vertis platina) from zenith lifestyle zone kolkata on 18/0/2012. Within two years of use its coil has been damaged/leaked which is made of aluminum instead of copper and very low quality.ac wass not cooling and we complained to customer care and they send their person who took our machine for repairing on 14/06/2014 and told us the same will be returned after repairing within 3-4 working days. Its more than two week now and the machine is not yet repaired. They are saying the required part is not available and not giving us any time/date that when we will get back our machine. We need our machine fully repaired within two-three days.

WE NEED OUR MACHINE FULLY REPAIRED WITHIN TWO-THREE DAYS.
